頂吉興成立於2005年，主要提供各類螺絲、螺帽表面處理服務，如鋅鎳合金電鍍、鋅鐵合金電鍍、錫鋅合金電鍍、鹼性無氰電鍍、機械鍍鋅、高耐蝕不銹鋼電解磨光處理...等等。其位於岡山本洲環保科技園區內的合金電鍍廠於2006年11月正式營運，佔地2,500坪
2006年11月正式營運的合金電鍍廠，除了自歐洲引進全國第一台鈍化液循環再生系統之外，與一般傳統工廠不同的是，頂吉興團隊以具有專業技術背景的人才掌控品質，以相當於德國標準的優質設備，成為台灣高值化表面處理的新興勢力。
整個廠房的規劃設計完全比照德國的標準來辦理，而且大部分的設備都是自歐洲進口，值得一提的是，鈍化液循環再生系統是目前全國第一台引進的先進設備，整個鈍化處理線都是全自動化，除了可避免人為疏失，在品質的掌控上也較為精準；除此之外，頂吉興在每個滾筒下方都配有一台整流器，與一般電鍍廠兩三個滾輪配置一台整流器的情況相較之下，成本提高許多，對高值化產品來說，不只是原料、技術，表面處理也是很重要的一環。
投注大筆資金成立合金電鍍廠，頂吉興對服務深具信心，全自動化電鍍線、全自動化鈍化處理線、鈍化液循環再生系統以及實驗室裡的AA原子吸收光譜分析儀、X-Rays膜厚分析儀、自動滴定檢測分析儀，精密儀器皆由專業人才掌控整個作業流程。
2006年底甫成立，頂吉興目前已是台灣唯一產能最大且設備自動化的合金電鍍廠，主要的服務對象為專事生產航太、汽車扣件與小五金等客戶。
Established in 2005, Modern Alloy Plating mainly provides surface treatment such as Zn-Ni Alloy Plating, Zn-Fe Alloy Plating, Tin-Zinc Alloy Plating, Non-Cyanide Zinc Alkaline Plating, Mechanically Zinc Plating, and Electrolysis Polishing for High-Corrosion Resistance Stainless Steel and other applications, Based on the Environmental Science & Technology, Ben-Chou, Gangshan Township, this alloy-plating factory was established in November 2006, having the area of 8,625 square meters.
Modern Alloy Plating Co., Ltd also established its alloy-plating factor in November 2006. It not only introduced the first ”passivity fluid recycling system” in Taiwan, but it also differs from traditional factories because it controls the quality with its professional staff members. The facility it withholds is equivalent to the German standard; Taiwan’s surface treatment industry has increased in value.
The entire design of the factory is in line with the German standard, and most of the equipments are imported from Europe. It’s worth mentioning that passivity (fluid recycling system) is an advanced facility introduced to Taiwan. Its automatic passivity not only avoids accidents, but also controls the quality precisely. In addition, each roller is equipped with a rectifier; therefore it costs much more than ordinary facilities equipped with only one rectifier for every three rollers As a result, surface treatment is, besides material and technology, very important for highly valued products.
With so much investment made in this alloy plating factory, Modern Alloy Plating has sufficient confidence in services such as the automatic plating line, automatic passivity line, passivity fluid recycling system, and the AA Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometers in the lab, X-ray thickness measuring system, and the automatic tractor. The precise equipments are controlled by specialized talents.
Modern Alloy Plating has currently become one of the biggest automatic alloy-plating factories in Taiwan, and all of its major customers are the ones producing aerospace products, automobile fasteners, and hardware.
